I want a GREAT job in Eutopia. How do I get it?

I want a great job in Eutopia, one with great medical insuance, 401K, lots of vacation days and personal days. I want my own office - without an AH or B's causing problems for me. I don't want anyone looking at my e-mail either.

I also want a great house outside of Eutopia's ciy limits. Must have 300 sq bathrooms with marble, granite countertops in the kitchen, great flooring, great windows with views. I also want a nice background with soft green grass, a pool with requires no maintenance.

I also want a remote control the weather, so it's hot or warm when I want and my grass gets rain when it needs it.

NOTE: I said Eutopia. I do not mean Ethopia.
