Help me!

I'm in dire need of help/advice. I have worked inthe library field since '07, am a Library Aide for the City Library. I have a B.A. and an A.S. in Library Technology. My problem is that I have endured all manner of abuse, harrasment, discrimination at the hands of my branch managers. I have tried letters and complaints and I'm just blown off. I've tried the EEOC, they wouldn't do anything. I cannot afford to quit without another job. Which I have been looking for the past 2 years. I used to have 2 different PT library jobs, one at a Jr. college and this one. One day I get called and then fired over the phone! I also have some reason to believe my reputation has been tarnished by one or more persons. I refuse to just up and quit because I won't let them "get" me by just quiting but this job if you want to call it that at this point is sucking the life out of me. I come home drained mentally/emotioanlly and it gets worse when another incident happens. I truly do not want to leave the library world because I truly love and care for libraries and helping people but I'm trapped in a toxic environment. I live in a large city but jobs are so thin on the ground I have even stoped getting calls for interviews themselves. Please help me.
