Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming librarian interview?

Are there common interview questions that come up again and again?

Just relax and be personable. Don't be afraid to say you don't know how to do something.
Also, remember that you are interviewing them as much as they are interviewing you. How they treat you during the interview is a good preview for how they will treat you when you work there, so keep this in mind.

the panel of interviewers plays an important role by the time to participate in an interview for a librarian,I have had some interviews , panel should be patiente and clear to formulate questions, if you see unhappy faces in front of you, your answers could be maybe not as much positive as you were expecting.
