How did you get your start doing Licensed Practical Nurse work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

I started out as a Food Service Supervisor, in an administrative position, pryor to that I started out as a unit nurse in a SNF in N.J. Allong the way I took every opportunity available to me & ended up as Executive Director in a ALF in Fl., spent many years in that capacity, & retired. Now I want to go back to work, can't stand staying home.
