In responce to the above question,the folowing is my idea on the top 3 traits a line cook must have.

(1)A great team player who demonstrates a high level of interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

(2)ability to work and produce quickly and effectively under pressure, without sacrificing quality

(3)High energy,Patience,positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow

1. Don't come across as a "Know it All".
2. Listen to your boss!
3. Don't argue with your TEAM - I say TEAM - that is everybody.

Plus expect to work long hours and don't me a "clock watcher"!! & don't let people walk all over you.. Best of all "Be yourself" !!
