Are jobs in this industry on the rise? Are there any sub-sectors that are growing?

Where are the jobs? Which places have the most line cook opportunities?

Kitchens are ALWAYS looking for help.
Alot of people can't handle the stress of being on a line.
I would apply at a corporate restaurant (Applebee's, Perkins (which is where I work and it is a good company), anywhere big and franchised)
