Depending on the company and their requirements and needs for the position you are applying for, the questions will vary.
The one or two that should always be asked of any person applying for a locksmith / security position is:
1-Do you have a police record of any kind?
2-Will you qualify for a license and be finger printed?

3. Why do you want to become a locksmith?
4. Do you have any experience with locks and keys?

What kind of previous locksmith training do you have?
Would you say that you are good with your hands?
How are you at fixing things, even around your own house, that are broken?
Why do you want to be a locksmith?
What qualities do you think would make a good locksmith?
