Need Customer Service Representatives for Call Center with 2 years logistics experience

The manager needs a person with approximately 2 years work experience. The right candidate will have that "can do" attitude, an inner drive to learn, a bit of
transportation experience (can be UPS, FedEx etc), someone that has a
lot of experience moving around a computer because that is what they
"know" (so they would be from the computer generation), with that
customer service personality........ their voice sounds like a "smile".
They will have that voice that says "I have no doubt that I will be able
to help you". Possibly recent program or college graduate.
