Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming logistics manager interview?

Know your stuff. Ask for a live problem in order to demonstrate how YOU would go about solving it. Go to work as a team player during the interview. How you think and react "on your feet" gives an employeer somthing more tangible than youre resume to judge you by.
