Hey Guys,

Just thought I'd post some thoughts on my loss prevention associate position at a Kmart.

Basically, I haven't seen a more unprofessional, childish workforce ever. From getting called a "door greeter" and everyone saying "we do nothing" when the opposite it really true. I do everyone else's jobs (security tag, check out of dates, etc) yes it's that bad. We've tried to get people fired but there is just some kind of complex that prevents that. My loss prevention manager is a great guy and one of the only honest people in that damn store.
