I was recently terminated from a job for putting my foot down due to malpractice. Us techs were asked to inject with no doctor present just for the sake of getting patients. My license was on the line and so as my career as a tech. I have been a tech for 4yrs and it's been almost 6 months, I cant get a job. I'm about to join limited xray (11months class) and sit for crt exam or arrt just to get my foot in an imaging facility. Hang in there and YES, start looking for alternatives. |

Found out today that MRI clinics are closing due to Obama Care and the sorry state the economy is in MRI are not going to be given like they use to be. The insurance company are not covering the exams in the future. I guess it is out the window that health care was going to be better in the future. Inexperience and not knowing what you are doing is the kiss of death. |

Inexperience and not knowing what you are doing is the kiss of death. You are mistaken, clinics are closing because of either lack of business or other legal matter. To specifically point to what you call Obama Care, as the sole reason is inaccurate and just plain rubbish. The state of health care began to fail several years ago with the change in reimbursements and other legal moves brought on to combat the overbilling from clinics and hospitals alike. Update your knowledge before you point the finger. |
