MRI is loud and takes so much freakin time. MRI's are better, no radiation and better images. I think CT sucks.

CT is radiation and doesn't show the soft tissue detail, but is a little better with bony detail.

MRI is becoming the modality of choice when looking at MSK, Spine , and Brain images. MRI also does not produce ionizing radiation and is able to do Multiplanar scanning.
