Never stop learning! learn something new every day and when the day comes that there is nothing new ... time to fwd your career to the next organization!
You scrap a part or crash the machine? learn why figure out what went wrong and dont become a employee that blames the machine! nobody has respect for him..
Be the first 1 to work and the last 1 to leave.. Remember , when you think nobody is watching you and you can slack off, somebody is watching you .. other words LOOK BUSY always .
Try and challenge your abilities, you will never be able to do something you dont try!

start at the bottom be a laborer for a year
watch learn get some seat time with permission
this should help build confidance

Yes I can:
Firstone, work at night with out supervisor
Secondone, had a great team of hard workers who can leed them selfs and kid ass supervision no matter who they are
Terthone, drink, smooke, and share good thinks on the life:
Respect, friendship, good koking food and sing together until the sunrise.
