People skills such as coaching and movtivating.
Technical skills, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, etc.
Management skills, estabilish PM programs, TPM, work raito, so on.

im mareine chief engineer 2 years iranian royal navy technition.
3 years technical manager in large shipping company.
sailing at sea since 1977.
12 years as maRINE CHIEF ENGINEER.

sailing at sea since 1977.
12 years as MARINE CHIEF ENGINEER.
