Chris KHS-5941 in Blackwood, New Jersey

I recently applied for this position KHS-5941 and now they require a NJ State Plumbers License.I believe a licensed plumber holds a little more clout than a maintenance tech.When I applied ,a license was not required and now it is.I would like to know why.If any one can answer that question for me feel free to do so and if not,list the job as a Licensed Master Plumbers position.The electrical skills don't require a license nor do the HVAC skills require a NATE Certification. deerhog83@gmail.com
