maintenance

I have been in maintenance for 15 years and have been a supervisor for most of those years. Of my 15 years, 3 of those years I have worked in apartment maintenance, repairs and up-keeps, such as painting, minor plumbing, electrical arranging and setting up model apartments for show. I have worked in real-estate maintenance painting, and refurbishing real-state properties for re-sale or rent for 4 years. I also have 3 years of experience in department store maintenance maintaining all that needed to be done to keep the store in top condition for customers and store management. Then the 5 years in construction of homes.
