they fired the best manager and tech they could ever had now the seniors and residents are no safe god please help the staff and residents

Yes, that is the life..... Can happen any where. i'm a maint/tech i work for smal company, they fired my boss than hired another maint manager then the manager get his friend in to work with.
But this men doesn't know nothings and he take easy job, but me and other maint/tech work really hard.
