hay guyes what happened to respect for experience
ok i understand that out side contractors are important
but if the maintenance person is able to do the repair
and does.DONT DEMEAN ....some of us have actually made
maintenance our lifes work. corporate people may never
be able to grasp (he can fix about anything) or what its really worth after years and years of grease.but kick backs
are unfair and a good job done is still what its all about
