im a selfemployed homeimprovement contracter with over 25 yrs. in the feild i just dont understand most of these so called employers when they need people to work they ask for exp. and the hole nine yards . but in the mean time they never call you they give you the runaround after all that they give the job to a person with no exp. i dont think thats fair .

It seems like everyone is doing that these days.. They tell you your resume and experience is so impressive, you do an interview, and then you never hear back from them. Why even interview us in the first place??? grrrrr
