Everyone sees themselves as management material. What do you exactly do? I might be more qualified than you doing the same thing. Dunno.

Yeah so? Need to do that just to keep your job in the first place.

What about a real accomplishment. Sales records, recognition within your industry, local involvement, etc.? Showing up everyday and doing the minimum won't cut it.
