It depends on where you live, what your experience level is, and what kind of company you are working for. I worked for a large company in southeastern PA and when I retired in 2005 we were paying toolmakers $20 - $24 per hour dependent on seniority. I'd venture to guess that sum is now $22 - $26 per hour plus excellent benefits. |
