I recently interview for a manufacturing specialist position and unfortunatley I didn't get the job however I was told that I was a final canidate and was encouraged to keep applying for any positions that might be available. Well the following month 2 manufacturing specialist positions did become available with the same job description and I submitted my resume immediatly hoping I would be at least considered for an other interview. Two weeks later I got an e mail saying thank you for applying for the position but your qualifications did not meet the requirements. Should I call the HR recruiter to find out why
