We are currently hiring for a Department Supervisor to manage the eSearch Marketing function out of the Coventry, RI office

? Sales support: proposals, testimonials, budget recommendations
? Analyst campaign management: results, budgets, retention, backlog, earnbacks
? Support escalation: client, sales
? Associate Management: hiring, promotions, scheduling
? Process: new products, campaign automation
? Coordination with Virtual Marketing Reps

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess the following abilities / experience:
? Capabilities in building and running PPC campaigns with budgets of millions of dollars
? Ability to supervise team of professionals by implementing process to driver superior advertising performance and client satisfaction
? Documented success in effectively optimizing sites for top organic rankings in major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN)
? Experience in administering first tier analytic solutions like Omniture, Web Side Story or WebTrends
? Excellent communicator with both internal staff and clients with ability to present to large audiences of enterprise decision makers
? Ability to analyze data to determine results and recommend areas of improvement
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience
