help me please in Monroe, Connecticut

Hi there!

I market a private medical practice to referring physicians offices. I have a base salary, and was told I would get a commission. I haven't seen one yet, because my company doesn't know how to impliment it. They tell me I'm doing great, and definately deserve one, but they haven't come up with any standard for how to reward me.

Do you have any suggestions for this could be determined?

Also, how much should I expect to earn on top of my base salary?
