What do you enjoy most about being a master scheduler? What do you dislike the most? Is it challenging? Are there many opportunities to learn and advance?

Having some much responsiblity and every day is different never a dull movement. Master scheduler is always looking at the future and history to establish forecast. There is so much to learn and numbers are your report cards.If you are not able to work numbers in your head dont go in this field. You are the person thats keeps the team together with forecasting ,meetings,communictaion ,problem solver,decision maker and most of all positive goals.

The worst part is when you start seeing numbers dropping in the future and asking customers to confirm but will not. I had to shut down operations to avoid the company from losing money. Thats when its time to start pushing the sales department for more work to keep your team and personnel working.
