What do you enjoy most about mechanical design engineer work? What do you dislike the most? Is it challenging? Are there many opportunities to learn and advance?

What I like the most is the posibility of create new things, it pays off to see all the hard work to became something real. What I diskike the most, it that like almost for any other job, the burocracy of documenting everithing is in the design too,but I know it's necessary, it's just that sometimes gets on the way.
And yes, I do believe is challenging because when you desing somenthing you have to take in account a lot of factors: function, cost, manufacturability, ergonomy, etc...
I've beeen working as a design engineer for almost 6 years and I haven't stop learning, and that is what keeps me in this field. I wouldnt like to get stuck in a job that does not make grow professionally.
