Best Medical Administrative Assistant Schools in Mich.

I would like to get a diploma to be a medical admin. assistant (or billing specialist). Can someone tell me the best schools for this is Michigan? I'm looking for a school that employers hire from frequently. I have a family member who attended Everest and has not been able to find a job in that field since he graduated way back in 2003--he currently works as a cashier. (I obviously won't be going there.)

i am interested in this position as well. how does one get started? do you need to be certified? the ads i've found for this position all say at least 2 years experience, does anyone train for this position or must you go to school first and get placed? thank you for any advice :)
