Is being a Medical Assistant really that bad?

Hi all, I am 24, a CNA, and a college student. Being a CNA is really soul crushing and even though I am young and in pretty good shape,it is really hard on the body. The nursing field(Cna,Lpn, Rn,etc) in general can be very negative and although I have been desperate for a job and have only been a CNA for a very short time, I feel I can no longer do this. My long term goal is to be an OT but in the mean time I would like to be a Medical Assistant, I like the idea of working in a doctors office and not having to deal with the stress and negativity of hospitals and nursing homes. I know that I will not become rich and that is fine, I am a single young woman, no kids, and I could easily find an inexpensive studio to live in. There is a school that is close by to me that offers a class and I'm thinking of applying. I just would like to hear from any people who are actually MA's, is it as horrible as some on this forum make it seem or is it a good career to have?
