MA interview at Kaiser

So i applied at an MA job opening at Kaiser 3 months ago and got an email response asking me to take an online assessment which i completed right away. About 2 months later i got a phone call from HR scheduling an interview which i did ok in and now im scheduled for a group interview on Friday and its supposed to be 4 hours long. Does anyone know what kind of questions will be asked or what i should expect from this interview? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
