Hi All,
I'm new to sales and am trying to figure out how to plan for the sale of a $100K to $200K device to private practices. I'm wondering a few things:
1) How long should I expect a sale to take, from introduction to close?
2) How many sales should each salesperson be expected to close per quarter (given the relatively high price range)?

Ultimately, this will also guide how we compensate the sales force. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help.

I have some experience in this field for the last 9 years. Im glad to ive you some advice. Need some additional information regarding the product etc.
