If you were to ask me what the best lead was at my company I would tell you….anyone with a telephone number. That mindset made me good money early in my career and helped other’s do the same. I saw people that I hired being promoted and this is what I remember thinking, you can teach someone the mortgage business but you can’t teach sale’s. Sale’s an innate ability that I’m fortunate to posses.
