I am a registered nurse really wanting to break into this world of sales

I also work for inVentiv health as an on-call specialist. I thought this would look good to some of the companies. I am having no luck, does anyone have any advice?

Whilte this reply is late I wanted to share with you that I too have 7 years med surg experience and am finishing up my BS with the anticipation of landing a support role with a medical device co but the more I talk with peers in the business it seems less likely I will land a role because they require previous experience. I don't know where to go to get in at a entry level. If you have any luck since you posted - let me know. I going to try to start networking inside the hospital to find some contacts.

The key is to know how to find unadvertised job openings and create a pharma sales specific resume that actually gets "FOUND" if you are applying online.
