I graduated with a BS in Biochemistry and worked in labs during college. Since I've graduated I've discovered I don't want to work in a lab for the rest of my life due to the lack of interaction with others (I'm an extrovert) and instead I want to get into sales. I've just started looking into medical device sales and this seems like something I would really enjoy and excel at with time. I've been reading a few sales books, listening to medical sale podcasts, and reading blogs about recent advances, but I have no idea how to get into this industry with absolutely no sales experience and no connections. Any suggestions?
Also- I've read it can be a good idea to shadow a medical device sales rep, if anyone has any comments on this approach?
Thank you all for your help!
