How to find a distributor to work for free in Souther Cal?

I know I will do good and have done about as much research and shadowed partially medical device reps. Even was allowed to attend a surgery as a favor to the surgeon that loved to teach.
I know I will be successful and just want to get in anyway I can. I am willing to work for free for 9-12 months, all expenses? How do I find someone to let me work for free doing meaningful work and providing actual experience?
