I have gotten into a few 80-100k med rep interviews, but have not gotten a second round. I have a great top rep B2B background with 5 years B2B sales. No med experience however.
I try and close the interviewer and at least get feedback, but it is the same each time-"have a bunch of applicants to look at.."

What could I be doing wrong? What is the process on the other side of the fence for the interviewer after round 1 interviews?
