What are my chances of getting accepted into med lab school

I have a Ba; psych, and crim dip. My average wasn't good. 3.33

I did the highschool pre reqs and got all A's

Have completed some certification: med lab terminology and first aid.

Did biology and chemistry in college 3.33 average.

I have volunteered in retirement home for a year now.

what else can i add to make my app more competetive ? I think i need work experience in the medical field ?
