To be successful in any position within healthcare you have to have effective customer and communication skills. You will be interacting with a variety of people and it's best that you are articulate and confident when speaking with patients and professional staff. Other qualities that are favored include patience and compassion. It's your job to provide the best experience possible at your medical facility.
