Hi all!

I have been working as a Medical Receptionist for 5 years. My previous position I was making $14.50/hourly. I interviewed at a company that I am well qualified to work for. They do pay more than what I was making. I was just curious if anyone had any insight with how much someone with this much experience would be worth at this level. The manager told me to give her a number to how much I would like to make. Do you think $16-$17 an hour is being too modest?

Hello. I also work as a medical receptionist, I have been at my current job for almost 5 years now. I am currently making $16.00 dollars an hour. So I think your offer is not modest at all. You never know what you can get until you ask for it :)

how much money do a receptionist make?
how offten do they gey paid a week or every other week?
is hours 8am-5pm acceptable?
