Receptionist/Secretary/Office Positions in the Birmingham and surrounding areas

I am currently a Licensed Massage Therapist and I need to know if anyone knows of any companies that are hiring for office staff in the Birmingham and surrounding areas. I am looking for a full time Receptionist/Secretary/General Office Associate position. I have an associates degree in health sciences and I have general medical terminology knowledge. I have also received an Alabama State Merit System Certificate of Proficiency for a typing speed of 48 WPM. I would also be willing to make a little extra money on the side if anyone knows of those work from home sites that won't actually scam you.
If anyone has anything to add it would be helpful because I am trying to make a career change and get away from massage therapy but my search for an office position hasn't been going to well.
