It's hard to get in, I would suggest you volunteer at a Hospital to get your foot in the door. Then after a while, look on the hospital job board, and then apply. Hospitals usually hire from within so if you are in the hospital then you know what jobs are open and they can hire you from your volunteer job hopefully!
