I am a recent graduate of an Associate's Degree in Health Information Technology, looking for employment in medical records, coding, medical administrative assistant, medical billing- anything to jump start my career. I have been applying anywhere and everywhere for opportunities, yet have had no luck. Most employers want applicants with at least 2 years experience. Any suggestions?

If you have the time and can make the committment, I suggest that you volunteer; especially if you have no experience. I am almost finished with my associates in HIT and have found that with no experience, you have better luck if you volunteer in a HIM Department of a hospital or clinic.
