I am soon graduating from college with a health science related degree. I was told that one of my possibilities is to work in sales. could you describe the field for me? Is there a lot of travel? international? What is the pay like? Rhank you!

Hey there, I am a medical doctor and have just started my job as a medical representative in a multinational company in Tehran. For what I know the sallary and everything is fine but for me as a doctor it seems hard to sell something to other doctors. In our company it's like 3 travels per month and 12 calls (visits) per day, but it's totally different from company to company and product to product.
