From the time I submitted my application to the time of issuing my license/certificate, LFS had been so slow in responding to my inquiries. They never,NEVER answer phone calls, never replies to emails and if they do respond, they are so arrogant and irritated. Just to get a single response from them, I have to saturate the mailbox with my 20 consecutive emails everyday. They said I have to wait because they are short staffed and backlogged. As if I know their current situation! And that according to them, I cannot expect to have my certificate immediately because I just took it last month! I got my certificate from ASCP 2 weeks after passing the test. DUH!

Am I the only one who's complaining??? Anybody out there who had the same experience?

Yea, it's crazy. I heard it's only one person that handles all the licensing from in-state and out of state/international.
