Hello Everyone: I am a senior in college majoring in Psychology. My graduation is next month and I have been applying for various entry level jobs within my field. So far I have not had any luck finding any. I am seeking some more job oppurtunites that perhaps I have not tried or just over looked.. Any suggetions/ comments would greatly be appreciated!!

It is extremely difficult job market even for those in the mental health field. For bachelors level positions, there maybe a few hundred applicants for one position. Those with masters degrees, license and many years of experience are also having difficulty finding employment. They are even applying for bachelors level positions. Not something you want to hear. Many college graduates are having a difficult time finding "entry" level jobs because many experienced & higher educated job applicants are taking those positions. |
