Yes, review your job discription. Records and memorize any accomplishment you have achieved. Some employers may ask for a writing sample or ask you to write a short essay on a certain conflict with a mental health consumer.

Be confident in your skills and ability to communicate effectively. And if you are not confident act as if, until you start to believe it as truth.
