What do you enjoy most about being a merchandise coordinator? What do you dislike the most? Is it challenging? Are there many opportunities to learn and advance?

What keeps you at your job?

What keeps me going is the comfort of the flexible schedulig. Alot of merchandsing jobs today bank on how long you are n one location but don't let that worry you. I spend most of my time communicating instores to help out withtime and maybe een give a chance to speak with buyers to help look into other opportunities. Its very challenging when your working in a territory that is covered by more than one merchandiser. There is always someone else that wants to get ahead of you so always have a shoe in withthe buyer or ever is responsibe with the account the you are servicing so that your the person that they refer to for opportunities.
