Merchandising experience is great. You need to know how to read a planogram or a schematic, you need to possess a quick wit and know your numbers, You should know how to effectively merchandise store product and build displays or set ads that will attract a customer.
Being creative, efficient and putting 100% into your position is very important.

Combining the creative, technical and operational aspects of a product and the business is valuable and a must!
