Company that will not pay

Hello any one:My girl friend and I accepted a job with a merchandising company that we thought was based out of Alabama.The name of this company is L&R Dist.really out of New York.We worked here in Salt Lake City for a total of 3 days.Do to some differences we parted ways.After 3 weeks L&R still has not payed us.We have e-mailed them,faxed them,left messages on their voice mails and not one reply.So any one in the merchandising business looking for work beware of L&R dist.Any suggestions on how to get our money.
