Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming monitor technician interview?

Are there common interview questions that come up again and again?

Most places want someone that is multitasking and a team player.

Most important, knowing what you are doing. If you cant identify a rhythm, how are you gonna be good at watching 40 patients?

Having as much medical background as possible.. meaning medical classes and even cpr/bls/acls licences helps.

They want to hire someone that can function and not totally waste time FULLY TRAINING someone.
