NMLS has some screening requirements that are useful. It is always best to check with your state to make sure you are compliant today.
I would suggest courses in Real Estate. Get to know what your "partners" are being taught, so you can sell to them more effectively. Also check with Banking Commission to see what they are requiring Bank Loan officers to do to remain complint.
